Hanya Yesus yang Layak untuk Kemuliaan dan Kehormatan!

“Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory, and blessing.” ~ Revelation 5:12

As already mentioned above in many scriptures, the saints are not quiet in praising the Lord. Why? Because Jesus is worthy of great praise and honor for the great work he has so mercifully done in our souls! Man cannot redeem himself. Man cannot remove the great guilt and shame that sin brings. Only the great love and mercy of our Savior could do that! He is worthy! Therefore the saints sing and shout “Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory, and blessing!”

This scripture states that Jesus is worthy of only our very best! All the power and strength we have to offer: it rightfully belongs to him. All our riches and wisdom: it all belongs to him for his purpose alone. Therefore all honor, glory and blessing also belongs to the one and only Son of God!

He alone is worthy and that is why he is the only acceptable one to intercede before the Father on our behalf. He alone has the Father placed in this position of great honor! No other god, prophet, or religion has this position before God the Father. Only Jesus alone!
