Истинный служитель откровения должен быть полностью подчинен Христу!

«И когда он взял книгу, четыре зверя и двадцать четыре старца пали пред Агнцем, имея каждый из них арфы и золотые чаши, наполненные благовониями, которые суть молитвы святых». ~ Откровение 5:8

When Jesus took the Word of God and opened man’s spiritual eyes and ears to understand it, it was the answer to the prayers and hopes of every true godly leader and minister from the beginning of time. And the desire for Jesus to reveal himself and his word is still the earnest prayer and burden of every true minister and preacher of the Gospel today.

“Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love unto all the saints, Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers; That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.” ~ Ephesians 1:15-23

The four beasts or living creatures (representing the ministry – see Revelation 4:6) and the 24 elders all bow before Jesus in full honor to him and the heavenly Father. For the Father “hath put all things under” Jesus’ feet. Contrary to what the Catholic Church or other religions may teach, no Pope or any man has the right to replace Christ in this position of honor; whether it be in heaven or on the earth.

But once given the Revelation, the ministry must not take any of the authority relating to it into their own hands, lest they add their own burden into it!

“And Moses and Aaron went from the presence of the assembly unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and they fell upon their faces: and the glory of the Lord appeared unto them. And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, Take the rod, and gather thou the assembly together, thou, and Aaron thy brother, and speak ye unto the rock before their eyes; and it shall give forth his water, and thou shalt bring forth to them water out of the rock: so thou shalt give the congregation and their beasts drink. And Moses took the rod from before the Lord , as he commanded him. And Moses and Aaron gathered the congregation together before the rock, and he said unto them, Hear now, ye rebels; must we fetch you water out of this rock? And Moses lifted up his hand, and with his rod he smote the rock twice: and the water came out abundantly, and the congregation drank, and their beasts also. And the Lord spake unto Moses and Aaron, Because ye believed me not, to sanctify me in the eyes of the children of Israel, therefore ye shall not bring this congregation into the land which I have given them.” ~ Numbers 20:6-12

Moses took what God had told him, but, in the impatience of his earnestness, he was not careful to only do what God told him. So he ended up adding his own emphasis to it. The people would have never known, but God knew!

May God ever help us ministers to stay bowed low at Jesus’ feet as he opens his revelation! May we never add our emphasis, nor the emphasis of someone else. Others may not know the difference, but God will. And like Moses, we will lose our opportunity to lead people into the promised land of revival and of complete consecration to the perfect will of God!

We must be completely consecrated ourselves, including our strong opinions and personalities, before we can successfully lead others into the same! Dear minister of the Lord, have you really consecrated everything? Everyone else may not know, but God does!
